This place is legit. Prices are reasonable for excellent service. My Service Writer, Tristan was great and I've had the great pleasure of working with my mechanic, Greg at a previous shop. I know that he is meticulous, efficient and with attention to detail. I met the owner when I dropped my Sven (Volvo) off & he is a super, swell guy too. Highly recommend.

One of the parts they replaced for me failed a few months after the repair. It was 30 minutes to closing on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I was sure I was going to be without a vehicle for several days, but they got me in, rushed the part delivery, and stayed a few minutes late to make to sure the issue was corrected promptly. They definitely showed that they know great customer service.

Needed my BMW worked on, and they saved me... Their knowledge of my car's needs, and how I should handle it...

I rate this vendor on customer service . He didn't work on my car (I was out if state) and he was booked a week and a half out. He sent me quotes and returned calls prompt and good estimate too. I could not wait that long but had I waited I would have save lots of money and his reputation is well with people I know as he was referred to me

Highly recommend Dave's Import Service. Their owner, Kevin and his staff went above and beyond to solve our sensor problem in our Chevy Silverado. It was a challenge but they stuck with it till it was corrected.

When I called with a headlight problem Dave's fixed it the very next morning. They even gave me a ride to and from while my Volvo was being serviced (about 2 hours). Very nice people. Very professional and the price was reasonable. I'm taking my car back next week for a windshield washer problem. Dave's has become my go to auto repair shop. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for 8 years since I moved to Medford. My car is a 2002 Rav 4 . I have always found Kevin (and before him, Dave) to provide excellent service. They are honest always helping to find the best parts for the best price. I am a retired lady and they have always been truthful and watching out for me. I would never consider going anywhere else!!

Dave's Import got us in on short notice and and fixed our Sprinter Van in no time and at a great price. The crew was super friendly, knowledgeable and even shuttled me over to pick up my rental. Lucky we found this place!

I had a great experience here. Very helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and they even came and picked me up at home so I could pick up my car. The driver was great to talk to on our way to the shop. Kevin was very helpful and speedy with a time for me to get my car looked at. The guys even washed my car. We purchased another car...used with high mileage. Luckily, Dave's Import Service knows how to ensure our vehicles are running to the best of their ability. After several LONG conversations about checking with them BEFORE I purcahse a vehicle... They were able to adress all the vehicles issues and get me back on the road with a smile on my face. They are always very friendly and willing to spend the time explaining all the technical "stuff" to me so I feel comfortable with their work. They are friendly and professional and I feel they are honest about what my car needs each time. I'd I decline a service they suggest, they dont get pushy or offended. And they are accurate about how long it will take.
